Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing the feedback form (connection request) on the skypay.global website or by contacting the Company by any other means, you give your informed and voluntary consent to Sky Pay Limited Liability Company (registered address: 7a, 7-Liniya St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic; licenses No. 2035270723 dated 27.07.2023 and No. 3037270723 dated 27.07.2023; hereinafter — the Company), in accordance with Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 58 of 14 April 2008 “On Personal Information”, to process all personal data you provide, including:

1. Personal data you provide

• surname;
• first name;
• patronymic;
• date and place of birth;
• contact details (phone number, email address, messenger account);
• registered residential address;
• electronic means of payment number;
• your identifiers in the databases of the Company’s partners;
• taxpayer identification number (TIN);
• identity document details;
• position held;
• name of the counterparty organization (for counterparty representatives);
• information about your actions in the SkyPay Payment Service;
• other information you provide yourself while communicating with the Company, contained in messages sent via the feedback form and (or) communicated by phone and in messengers.

2. Data collected automatically

In addition — data identifying you as a user of the Payment Service and the Company’s website (where applicable), and data about your device and your actions on the Company’s website:

• user identifier assigned by the website;
• pages visited;
• number of page visits;
• information about navigation between website pages;
• user session duration;
• entry points (third-party websites from which the user follows a link to the website);
• exit points (links on the website through which the user goes to third-party websites);
• user’s country;
• user’s region;
• time zone set on the user’s device;
• user’s internet service provider;
• user’s browser;
• browser digital fingerprint (canvas fingerprint);
• fonts available in the browser;
• installed browser plugins;
• browser WebGL parameters;
• type of media devices available in the browser;
• list of languages supported on the user’s device;
• processor architecture of the user’s device;
• user’s operating system;
• screen parameters (resolution, colour depth, page layout parameters on the screen);
• information on the use of automation tools when accessing the website;
• IP address;
• cookies.

3. Actions with personal data

Consent is given for the following actions with the above data:

• collection;
• recording and systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• clarification (updating or modification);
• retrieval and use;
• transfer (provision, access), including to banks, payment institutions and other settlement participants — to the extent necessary to provide services;
• depersonalization;
• blocking, deletion and destruction,

— both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Purposes of processing

Processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting activities in accordance with the Company’s charter, and concluding and performing contracts with Users and Counterparties, including:

• reviewing your request to connect to the SkyPay Payment Service and contacting you regarding it;
• sending you information related to your actions in the Payment Service and on the Company’s website by phone, SMS, instant messaging applications available to you, and email;
• concluding a contract, including sending you information related to concluding a contract for services or works, by the same means of communication;
• your participation in current surveys and research, receiving research results by email, initiating survey topics, and providing expert opinions for publications;
• complying with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the areas of payment services, accounting and tax records, and countering the financing of terrorism and the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds.

You also hereby consent to receiving any informational messages, including advertising, at the email address you have provided.

5. Validity period and withdrawal of consent

This consent is given without limitation of the personal data processing period, until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written statement to the Company’s address or a message to office@skypay.global. The Company will stop processing the personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date the withdrawal is received, except where the Company is entitled or obliged to continue processing in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic or in order to perform a contract concluded with you.
